We take responsibility

Our social commitment

We stand up for our values

We take on societal responsibilities and stand up for our values of honesty, integrity, tolerance and respect for people and the environment.

As a family business, we are committed to various projects in our region. We are delighted with every social commitment that we can make with our available resources.

You can find an overview of our most recent commitments here.

Workshops with Blicki e. V.

Road safety education for nursery and primary school children

“Safety for children: Best foot forward!” Under this motto, we are working together with Blicki e. V. to sharpen children’s focus when it comes to road traffic.

As a trailer manufacturer, we not only take on responsibility for the quality of our products, but also for the safety of all road users. This also includes children of nursery and primary school age. That is why Monika Humbaur is an ambassador for Blicki e. V.

The association organises free workshops at nurseries and primary schools, where Blicki and his team teach children about the dangers and rules of the road in a fun and interactive way. Across four different workshop stations, the focus is on braking distances with estimating and running games, a radio play and animated film explain typical situations in road traffic and, as a highlight, each child can experience for themselves from the driver’s seat of a truck just what can disappear in a blind spot.

Freising rescue dog team

The true heroes of our society are the rescue workers and volunteers who do their best for their community. This also applies to the Freising rescue dog team. Here, sniffer dogs are trained to find and, in the best case scenario, rescue missing persons based on their scent.

Without any government funding, the organisation relies on donations. A Humbaur box trailer now serves as a mobile operations centre, equipment depot and assembly point in one for all emergency personnel.

Krümelhof Augsburg

The founder of the Krümelhof in Augsburg, Alexandra Schorer, and her 198 animals do a very special and particularly important job that deserves all the support it can get.

Rabbits, Mongolian camels and other animals help children who have experienced abuse overcome their trauma with the help of animal-assisted interaction. How? They teach them to sense their own bodies, to trust, to take responsibility and they also show them that it is natural to set boundaries.

7xSieben association

We know him well here in Augsburg: Duanne Moeser is an ice hockey legend. He played for the Augsburg Panthers for many years. And because “professional athletes should give something back”, as he says himself, he founded the 7xSieben association. The association uses our donation to support children’s projects in the region. These include German lessons, music lessons or a dedicated sports field.

Volunteer youth fire brigade, Augsburg

We believe dedication should be rewarded! For example, that of the voluntary youth fire brigade in Augsburg.

That’s why we support the young firefighters with their own box trailer, which – filled with everything they need – will accompany them to their future exercises, tests and competitions. The HK 203015-20P tandem axle trailer has been individually configured and equipped with a ramp gate. This means they can easily push loaded trolleys into the trailer via the tailgate.

We wish them safe deployments at all times!
