Universal loading and transport options

The universal transporters are loaded either via drive-on planks, a drive-on ramp, a lowerable loading area or via a hydraulically tilting bridge. They are robust, durable and built with a continuous load surface to withstand the stresses of transport. 

The universal transporter model series

Universal

You can load the Universal loader with two corrosion-protected drive-on planks. Shift the planks to adjust them exactly to the track width of the vehicle. Thereafter, simply slide the planks below the loading surface. You have seven lashing rings to fasten the load safely. You can at any time retrofit the trailer with an aluminium instead of a wooden floor, with aluminium sideboards or a tarpaulin with frame.

KFT

The 'vehicle transportation' equipment package includes the mounted plank shaft and two aluminium ramps, along with two prop stands that can be used to stabilise the trailer during loading and unloading. The 'motorcycle transportation' equipment package includes the mounted plank shaft, two loose motorcycle stands, two loose connection brackets and a motorcycle loading ramp. A stand and connection bracket for a third motorcycle are available as an additional option. The aluminium sides are equipped with integrated tie-down hoops. The larger loading area also offers space for slightly larger vehicles or up to three motorcycles. When fitted with the optional 350-mm aluminium side, the Humbaur KFT becomes truly multifunctional.

HKT

Every HKT-model is equipped as standard with a screwed and hot-dipped-galvanized chassis. By lowering the bed hydraulically, it is possible to load and unload your trailer very comfortably and easily thanks to the very low drive-up angle of 4ø up to 6ø - according to model. The new single-axle, lowerable HKT is characterized by the small ramp front edge, together with a slewing fastener for the plate. You can install a tarpaulin frame assembly fast and easily.

MTK Allcomfort

Simply tilt the hydraulic bridge with a manual pump. Gas springs help you to operate the ramp wall. The low load height of 650 mm keeps the drive-up angle very low. So that the vehicles can be loaded onto the trailer without effort, a stable cable winch frame with a cable winch is available as an optional extra. The sophisticated chassis system of the MTK Allcomfort ensures particularly smooth road handling.

FTK Tandem

The trailer is suited perfectly for enterprises in the car repair sector, but also for private citizens, who want to transport their compact car comfortably, like e.g. the Smart or the VW Golf. You can tilt the transport platform via shock absorbers mechanically und load your car on the trailer via the serrated aluminium loading ramps effortlessly. The optionally obtainable cable winch and the hydraulic system for tilting alleviate the loading additionally. Thanks to its elaborated and solid construction, you can utilize the effective surface in an optimal way and enjoy the advantages of a low loading angle. Galvanized components and a lot of possibilities to secure your load confirm the quality in every detail of Humbaur trailers.

MTK Tandem

With a permissible gross weight of between 1500 and 3500 kg, you can transport even heavy passenger cars safely. The frame and chassis are hot-dip galvanised. The cable winch, which can be adjusted lengthways, is attached to a sturdy block. On extensible, hot-dip galvanised steel ramps, the vehicle is driven onto the trailer at a low drive-up angle. An optional hydraulic system lifts the bridge here. Tie-down options, with 400 kg pull force each, are available on the lateral outer frame to enable the safe tie-down of the goods.

MTKB

Sophisticated features such as the front and rear access doors make this box trailer super easy to use, so it's not just for transporting sports cars and classic cars safely from A to B. It can also transport normal cars, vans and SUVs and safely protect them from wind, poor weather conditions, salt and theft. The fact that the trailer is permitted to travel at 100 km/h and features an integrated electric cable winch only adds a further advantage.
